Why should management and employees care about KM? Now that you have the attention of your management, what are you going to do next? You will need a KM strategy. Since you’re starting from scratch and the organization has never had a KM strategy before, the CKO has asked you to gather examples of KM strategies developed by other organizations.
In a short memo
- 1) report on your efforts to locate specific KM strategies developed by organizations (preferably in different industries or sectors)
- 2) extract one or more Knowledge Management Strategy Statements and explain how the strategy is aligned with the organization’s mission (or not);
